If you are a candidate this data will typically include your name, address, email, career & education history, nationality, UK work status and personal references. When you register with us you are consenting for this information to be used by Good Talent and disclosed with your permission to prospective employers as part of the recruitment process.

Client information collected will typically include, company name, contact details and any other relevant information pertinent to the recruitment assignment being undertaken by Good Talent. This data, in conjunction with candidate information, is used to assess suitability for hiring.

We gather information and statistics about all visitors and registered candidates on our website. We may use such data in the aggregate form for the purposes of improving customer experience, statistical analysis and improved marketing activities.
