Conscious (Mindful) Leadership Coaching:

Coaching sessions are provided to focus upon developing conscious leadership. By generating choiceful agility & authenticity individuals build stronger relationships of trust between people. E.g. building pivotal conversations that allow leaders to better frame the space within which wide and ongoing change can occur; helping new to role leaders let go of old behaviours/values that produce mediocre results in the new role; developing agility in reconfiguring strengths to create new patterns of success for themselves and others. The remit is focused around your business challenges in addition to the needs of the coachee. Coaching topics are offered below as short examples:

The use of 360 feedback and psychometric tools to enhance self-awareness and inform both personal and professional development plans can be arranged. I am qualified and experienced in an extensive range of tools: FIRO-B; MBTI Steps 1 & 2, OPQ32; 16PF5; Wave & Wave 360; Talent Q Dimensions; Me2; various EQ & 360 tools; the Hogan Personality Inventory & Hogan Team Inventory.
